Your Profile User Guide

1. Login:

   • Access the website and log in using your username and password.

2. Profile Access:

   • Once logged in, navigate to your profile. This can often be done by clicking on your username or avatar in the navigation bar.

3. Profile Overview:

   • View an overview of your profile, including basic information such as name, username, email, avatar, and other details.

4. Tabs and Sections:

   • Profile Canvas Tabs - Explore different tabs or sections of your profile, such as:
     • Activity - a feed from all yours and your Connection's activity
     • Details - your personal details
     • Property - your property details
     • Gallery - images and videos
     • Property Log - keep track of all property repairs, maintenance and special activities if you choose
     • Log Media - images and videos for Property Log
     • Open House - list details of any Open House you may be having.  This Tab is Searchable in Full Search Mode.  This Tab will only appear on other Members profile only if data entered.
     • Auction Sale - list details of any Auction Sale you may be having.  This Tab is Searchable in Full Search Mode.  This Tab will only appear on other Members profile only if data entered.
   • Left Side Tabs - Communicate
     • Quick Message - send a private message to Member
     • Account - your account name
     • Contact - your contact information
   • Right Side Tabs - Collaborate 
     • Connections - your connections with RealEasyHub members
     • Discussions - your's or Members Discussion Topics
     • Groups - your Groups you are member of.  Groups can be Open, Group members, Invite, Private

5. Edit Profile:

   • Eddit your profile by clicking on the "Edit" button, top left above your profile canvas picture. This will open a form where you can update your personal information, settings, and preferences.

6. Upload Media:

   • RealEasyHub has media features, you may be able to upload photos, videos, music, or files to your profile. Create albums if necessary.

7. View Media:

   • Click on thumbnails or icons to view your uploaded media. A pop-up window will appear to display the full image, video, or other content.

8. Change Avatar or Canvas:

   • Customization options are available, change your avatar or canvas by clicking on the "Edit" button in the Portrait or Canvas tab.

9. Change Settings:

   • Update your password, language, editor, or other settings by navigating to the "Account Info" tab and clicking on "Edit."

10. Logout:

    • To log out, click on the "Logout" button usually located in the top right corner of the website.

11. Help and Support:

    • If you need assistance, in the top menu click  "Help" or for "Support" we have a community discussion for user discussions. Click Disscusion in the Top Menu.
