How to Select Real Estate Websites for Your Search

Step 1: Read the instructions on the right-hand side to understand how Extended Research works.

Step 2: Click the Real Estate Website Extended Research button below to open the full list of platforms.

Step 3: Select the websites you'd like Reasy to include in your property search—whether they're U.S., Canadian, International, or niche real estate platforms.

Step 4: Paste into the correct text area below to prepare for search.

🧭 Reasy Real Estate Research Instructions

Start Here — Before Using Any Search Tools:

🔑 These 3 steps are required for all searches and must not be skipped:

  1. Select the Websites to Search
    (See the “Websites to Search” box on the left — e.g., REALTOR.ca, Zillow, Redfin)

  2. Enter the Location
    (e.g., “Grande Prairie, AB”)

  3. Enter the Budget
    (e.g., “$400,000 max”)

🔎 How to Use Basic Property Research

  1. Select all your search options in the Basic Property Search form.
  2. Fill in the Personal Notes box if there’s anything important to add.
  3. Click the “📋 Copy Search Request” button.
  4. Click “Search with Reasy GPT” — this will take you to the Reasy Real Estate Research GPT.
  5. Paste your copied info into the chat window and press Enter or the Up Arrow.
  6. Reasy will take over from here! You can ask questions or fine-tune results. Reasy may also offer helpful suggestions.

🧠 How to Use Extended Research Modules

  1. Location, Budget, and Websites to Search must still be filled in first.
  2. Click on the Extended Research module you’re interested in (e.g., Residential, Bare Land, Commercial).
  3. Fill in your checkboxes or text fields, as applicable.
  4. Click the “📋 Copy” button at the bottom of the module.
  5. Paste the copied content into the “Extended Search Box” on the main form.
  6. Return to the main form, click “📋 Copy Search Request” again.
  7. Click “Search with Reasy GPT” and paste everything into the chat.
  8. Reasy will now combine everything and get to work!
