How to Use RealEasyHub's RRR-Compare Tool to Generate Your Own Property Appraisal

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Log into your RealEasyHub profile.
  2. Enter the property location accurately.
  3. Go to the "My Property" tab → Fill in all required fields → Click Update.
  4. Proceed to the "Property Description" tab → Complete all relevant details → Click Update.

From the “View Mode” of your Profile:

  1. In the "My Property" tab, highlight everything from “Price” to the bottom → Copy.
  2. Paste this into the “My Property” box in the Reasy Appraisal form.
  3. In the "Property Description" tab, highlight all content → Copy.
  4. Paste this into the “Property Description” box in the Reasy Appraisal form.

Optional:

  1. Fill out the ➕ “Additional Details” section if there's any extra info not included in the previous tabs.

To Generate Your Report:

  1. Click “Copy Submission Report.”
  2. Click “Compare Properties with Reasy GPT.”
  3. Paste the copied information into the GPT chat box, then press Enter or click the up-arrow icon.

✅ Your personalized report will be generated.

Saving & Using Your Report:

  1. Look for follow-up instructions at the bottom of your report.
  2. Ask Reasy Appraiser to display the report in a shareable format (e.g., text, chart, or downloadable).
  3. Copy the report content.
  4. Go to your “Property Diary” tab → Click “New Blog.”
  5. Paste the report into the blog entry.
  6. Choose to publish it (Yes) or keep it private.
  7. Click “Create Blog.”

🎉 You now have a saved appraisal report — share it or keep it for your own records. You can repeat this process anytime (e.g., annually) to track your property's value.
